EXCHANGES & SHIPPING


By purchasing from Kauahi Swim, you agree to the following policies.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds. Items purchased at full price are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

All sale items and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.

To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached and hygienic liners intact. Items that show any signs of wear, stains, or scent will be returned.


HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE

To start an exchange, please email kauahiswim@gmail.com with your order number as the subject line and include the item you’d like to exchange for.

Once approved, we will provide next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and all exchanges are subject to availability.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.


SHIPPING

Orders will be processed and shipped within one week.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Kauahi Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees, and delivery times may vary.
